Must be 18 years or older to volunteer for stage crew.

Must be a student from a NACA member institution.

Must have approval from and support of their institution prior to appointment to the position

Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and be on their feet for long periods of time

Attend event from Thursday to Sunday.

Thursday is set for training and Sunday will be return travel.

As a reminder, NACA covers lodging and food/drink for stage crew members.

Stage crew volunteers are provided shared lodging with up to one other volunteer.

Dress Code: Stage crew will be provided with hoodies for the event. Dark clothing is recommended and closed toes shoes are required.
The Stage Crew team member is a volunteer position but requires extensive time with setting up each sound check and showcase. Throughout the conference, the Showcase Production Coordinator will review the schedule and if there is time off, they will let you know so you can experience some parts of the conference with your institution.
