The Virtual Marketing Competition is a place for your institution to show off all of the ways you've engaged your campus community through giveaways, posters, media, and more! Submit your entries by Friday, December 20, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
In each of the following categories, please submit a photo or file (preferably PDF or JPEG) of the item that best captures that category. Your institution may submit a maximum of two (2) entries in each category, but you do not have to submit something for every category. Please gather your materials before beginning your submission.
Categories
- Poster/Flyer (One-Color): This is a one-color poster or flyer that details an event, initiative, or organization on your campus.
- Poster/Flyer (Multi-Color): This is a multi-color poster or flyer that details an event, initiative, or organization on your campus.
- Video/Animation: This is a video (Tik Tok, Instagram Reel, Short Film, etc.) created by students to promote an event or student activity. Please try to limit the video length to three (3) minutes. When submitting an entry for this category, please add the link to the video on your submission document alongside a screenshot of the video.
- Promotional Material: This is an apparel item (e.g. t-shirt, hat, sweatshirt, etc.) or giveaway item (e.g. pen, water bottle, keychain, etc.). If submitting two entries for this category, you are permitted to enter two apparel items, two giveaway items, or one of each!
- Full Marketing Campaign: This is a series of graphics that includes three or more types of promotion for the same event, initiative, or organization. This can include promotion on social media, but must also include other forms of marketing.
- Social Media Page: This is a social media account that is used to promote your organization's efforts on your campus. This includes accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok, or any additional platform. In your submission, please include the account username as well as a link to the page.
- Full Social Media Campaign: This is a campaign that includes three or more social media graphics or posts for the same event or initiative. When submitting an entry, please provide a screenshot as well as a link (if possible).
Deadline
The final deadline to enter the 2024 Virtual Marketing Competition is Friday, December 20, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EST. Please label each image or file as follows before uploading them to the form: School_Category. (Example: BinghamtonUniversity_PosterFlyer).
Please note that each institution may only complete one submission, with up to two entries in each category. Additional submissions or entries will not be counted.
Voting Process
Following the deadline, all submissions will be compiled into a virtual gallery. The link will be distributed to NACA members, who can then view materials, gather ideas to take back to their school, and vote. The voting form may only be submitted one time per individual member.
