Leadership Fellows Mentor Application

Leadership Fellows Mentors will guide their assigned Leadership Fellow in acclimation into NACA and the field of higher education.

Mentors must have at least 5 years of professional experience.

Mentors will support program outcomes by…

Meeting with assigned Fellow at least once a month.
Discuss hot topic/struggles & successes.
Occasionally attend monthly Fellows meetings.
Serve as a resource for information on NACA, higher ed, and Campus Activities.
If possible: Attend NACA Live or a Fall conference to meet and support Fellows.
