When the Board approved the Regional Leadership Team structure and conference offerings back in 2021, it committed to regularly evaluating that structure as the Association evolves its programs, events, and resources to meet current and future needs of the Association and its members. To that end, the Board has made several strategic decisions related to conferences and how they are supported by volunteers.

Predating certification’s launch and continuing through today, the profession has been experiencing a paradigm shift that requires us to rethink how we approach our commitment to both professional preparation and lifelong learning in our field.
