When the Board approved the Regional Leadership Team structure and conference offerings back in 2021, it committed to regularly evaluating that structure as the Association evolves its programs, events, and resources to meet current and future needs of the Association and its members. To that end, the Board has made several strategic decisions related to conferences and how they are supported by volunteers.

After careful consideration, the Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to cancel the upcoming NACA® Birmingham conference, which was scheduled to occur Oct. 31-Nov. 2, 2024, in Birmingham, AL.
