By registering for a NACA event, you agree to our policies and procedures including the following:

Liability Waiver, Release of Claims and Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that I derive personal satisfaction and a benefit by virtue of my participation and/or voluntarism with NACA, and I willingly engage in NACA events and/or other activities (the “Activity”). As a participant, volunteer, or attendee, I recognize that my participation, involvement and/or attendance at any NACA event or the Activity is voluntary and may result in personal injury (including death) and/or property damage. By attending, observing or participating in the Activity, I acknowledge and assume all risks and dangers associated with my participation and/or attendance at the Activity.

Media Release & Consent
When you enter a National Association for Campus Activities event or program, you enter an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media or any other purpose that NACA determines. You release NACA, its board and its employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payments or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video or audio recording taken by NACA or the person or entity designated to do so by NACA. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability and release before entering the event.
Opt Out Email
If you did not select “Exclude my email from lists given to attending artists/vendors” during the registration process, you will receive emails from associate members that are attending this event. This information must be provided to the NACA Office 3 weeks prior to the start of the event. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].
Dietary Restrictions/Allergies
If you have dietary restrictions/allergies, please make sure it was notated in your registration. This information must be provided to the NACA Office 7 days prior to the start of the event. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].
