This webinar centers on the experiences of Black women student leaders in higher education, offering insights into their unique challenges and contributions within campus communities. Findings from a larger study on eight women leaders from Black Student Union (BSU) organizations, this session highlights how intentional campus programming and inclusive engagement can support the leadership and personal growth of Black women students. Participants will gain actionable strategies to create meaningful connections, amplify underrepresented voices, and align their practices with NACA’s mission to transform college communities through inclusivity and impactful engagement.
